Who we are

Ghost is software run by Atlantic Baseball Club LLC ("we"). Organizations use Ghost to run their schedule, sell lessons, memberships and programs, and message their families. These terms cover your use of Ghost on the web and on iPhone.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account, or 13 or older with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Children under 13 cannot have their own login. A parent or guardian adds them and manages everything for them.
• Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Organizations

Each organization is the seller of what it sells. It sets its own prices, schedule, cancellation window and refunds, and has its own waiver. Training happens between you and the organization; we are not part of it.

Payments

• Payments are taken by Stripe for the organization you are paying. The receipt shows the organization's name.
• A technology fee may be added to a payment. It is shown before you pay.
• Memberships, programs and recruiting pages that renew are charged on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings. What you already paid for runs to the end of that period and is not refunded, unless the organization says otherwise.
• Payment plans charge the card on file on the dates shown when you agreed to the plan.
• Ghost National is sold by PRD. Its prices, deposits and refunds are shown on each event.

What you upload

You own the photos, videos and words you add. You let us store them and show them to the people you share them with: your organization, your coaches, your family, and anyone who opens a recruiting page you publish. Only upload what you have the right to share.

Rules

• No harassment, threats or hateful content.
• Do not pretend to be someone else.
• Do not upload anything illegal or anything you do not have the rights to.
• Do not copy data out of Ghost with scripts or try to get into accounts that are not yours.

Copyright

If something on Ghost uses your work without permission, follow the steps on the Copyright page.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

Ghost is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
