Copyright

If you believe something on Ghost uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to our copyright agent. Include:

• Your name, address, phone and email.
• The work you own.
• The link to where it appears on Ghost.
• This sentence: "I have a good faith belief that this use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• This sentence: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act for the owner."
• Your signature, typed or handwritten.

If your upload was removed

If you believe it was removed by mistake, send the agent a counter-notice with your name, address and phone, the link where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We restore it in 10 to 14 business days unless the person who complained goes to court.

We close the accounts of people who upload others' work again and again.
